Flagstaff Lighthouse & Lightship Weekend 2025

The yearly Lighthouse & Lightship Weekend is coming closer!

The dates are the 16th and 17th of August.

We as a group will be up at Flagstaff Hill, set up and operating our radios with other operators around the world in the international event. The group will be up there at 10am, accessible to the public and are more than willing to answer any questions about radio.

We look forward to this amazing event and would also like to thank the owners and staff at Flagstaff Hill for allowing us back to take part in such an exhilarating event.

Contest Winner!

Our very own member Greg, unboxing his new ICOM IC-7610 from dxing.com.au! Greg entered the competition a little bit ago and originally thought someone was pulling his leg that he had won. This was until he contacted dxing.com.au and the lovely Gemma explained to him that it wasn’t someone having a giggle, he really won. Look at how happy he is with his brand new radio(which is already set up and working in his shack). This amazing radio couldn’t have gone to a better person. Congratulations Greg!
